The work Redeem-Her does would not be possible without the people who dedicate their valuable time and skills to the organization. The Board of Trustees consists of not less than five or more than eleven members that represent diversity in terms of personal and professional backgrounds and experiences. Members are approved for terms of up to three years. Regular meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every other month.
The Board of Trustees are committed to serve and represent the organization with the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior, and to treat with respect and consideration all persons, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, maternity, marital or family status, disability age, or national origin.

Alexis Nulle, a Specialist Professor with the School
Communication at Monmouth University. She is also the
co-faculty advisor for thePublic Relations Students Society of America (PRSSA).

Glenda Jasmin Gunning, board member is a First Home Club Analyst with Federal Home Loan Bank,, New York. She is responsible for managing the pipeline for member banks participating in the program of over 1500 house holds. She manages the enrollment process of first time homebuyers into the First Home Club program

Eleanor Novek, board member, is Professor of Communication at Monmouth University. Her research specialties include communication in and about prisons, nonviolence, social justice, and community empowerment. She serves as a facilitator in the Alternatives to Violence Project, as well as facilitator of workshops in conflict transformation.

Jan Smith, board member, is a retired Executive Director of Development for Montclair State University. She previously spent 7 years as Director of Principal and Major Gifts at Monmouth University. During these periods, Jan successfully raised millions of dollars toward capital campaigns resulting in the renovation and construction of new academic buildings.

Prudence White is a retired Human Resources Manager from Fort Monmouth, NJ. Following government service, she spent 10 years consulting to government agencies in New Jersey and Maryland. Prudence returned to the Redeem-Her Board in 2014 after serving as member and chair from 2007 to 2009.

Giovanna Talerico, Board Chair,is a Relationship Manager/Vice President at TD Bank. She is responsible for managing a loan portfolio and for new loan production as well as a comprehensive approach to financial services.
